About Mind the Generation Gap

The only way up is the Time Elevator: a 1972 executive suite, a 1994 cubicle farm, a 2012 startup loft and a 2024 content studio. Your group wins over each generation before the elevator moves on.

Everyone shares one tower, sees the same rooms and the same progress, and several moments need more hands than one person has. It is affectionate office comedy, from fax machines printing cover sheets for cover sheets to a very on-brand wall of lights. Almost nothing depends on reading English, so mixed and international groups start on level ground.

How to play Mind the Generation Gap

  1. Join from a link

Open the link in a browser, type a name and clock in. Everyone lands in the lobby together.

  2. Look around the floor

Each room is a 360° space. Drag to look. Glowing markers show what you can pick up and open.

  3. Say what you see

Nobody has the whole picture. Anyone can open anything, and the group that talks constantly gets to the top.

  4. All hands for the big moments

A few things on each floor will not move for one person. Get the whole group on it. Hints are there when you want them.
