Custom escape room

A custom escape room built from photos of your office

Send us phone photos of two or three rooms at work and tell us about your team. We turn them into a private online escape room with your colleagues’ names, habits and in-jokes in the clues. Your team plays it together on any video call.

We did it for one office already. You can play it free.

Escape Your Office is a free escape room we built from phone photos of a real office floor. On the left, the photos we got. On the right, the rooms players look around in.

How a custom escape room works

  1. Order and send your photos

After checkout you get a private page to upload photos of two or three rooms and tell us about your team: names, roles, in-jokes and anything to avoid. A phone and ten minutes are enough.

  2. We build your room

Image models turn your photos into clean 360° scenes. People write the story, the puzzles and the clues around your office and your team, and play-test them. You get one round of changes.

  3. Send one link and play

Your team opens a private link, everyone on their own screen, on any video call. Run as many sessions as you like for 12 months.

What you get

Everything in the $499

  • Two or three rooms of your office as 360° scenes your team can look around in
  • Puzzles and clues with your team’s names, habits and in-jokes
  • One round of changes before it goes live
  • 12 months of unlimited play: up to 10 players per session, as many sessions as you like
  • A private link, the host console with hints, and team scorecards

It usually takes about two weeks after your photos arrive. Tell us your event date when you order and we plan around it. Your room stays private: it is not in our public library.

Why a room built for you, at a fixed price

A price you can see

Custom virtual escape rooms are often quoted on request, and many team events charge per person. This one is $499 for the room. A bigger group runs more sessions, at the same time or spread over the year, at no extra cost.

You send photos, we do the building

Escape room makers and templates let you build a room yourself, if someone on the team has the evenings to write, test and host every puzzle. Here you take the photos and fill in a short intake. We write the story and the clues and play-test them.

Plays on any call

No venue, no travel and no kit to post. The room runs in the browser, so remote, hybrid and office teams play it together on Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet or any other call. Everyone has their own screen.

Play the demo before you pay

Escape Your Office is the room we built this way from a real office. It is free, takes about 20 minutes and shows what your team gets.

Escape Your Office is free, takes about 20 minutes and shows what your team gets: three rooms of a real office, clues spread over the floor and a security bot that will not let anyone go home.

Custom escape room questions

How much does a custom escape room cost?

$499, paid once. That covers building the room from your photos, one round of changes and 12 months of unlimited play. No subscription and no sales call.

What photos do you need?

A phone is enough. Per room, take four to six normal photos from the corners and, if your phone has it, one panorama. Close-ups of fun details (a poster, the coffee machine, the plant everybody forgets to water) help us put your office into the puzzles.

How long does it take?

Usually about two weeks after we have your photos and team details. Tell us your event date when you order and we plan around it.

Is the room private?

Yes. Your room is not in our public library. Only people with your link can play it, and we do not show your photos anywhere without your permission.

How many people can play?

Up to 10 players per session, each on their own screen, on any video call. For a bigger group, run more sessions at the same time. Your 12 months include unlimited sessions.

Do you use AI?

We use image models to turn your photos into clean 360° rooms. The puzzles, the story and the clues are written and play-tested by people, the same way as our other escape rooms.

Can we use it for onboarding?

Yes. Teams use a room of their own office to show new starters the floor, the people and the in-jokes. Tell us in the intake what new people should learn and we build clues around it.

Can we try it before we buy?

Yes. Play Escape Your Office for free. It is the room we built from photos of a real office, and it shows what your team gets. It is also a good check that your group can connect.

Can we make our own escape room instead?

You can. Escape room makers and templates work well if you enjoy writing puzzles and have time to test them. If you would rather not, send us photos of your office and we build the room for you.

What happens after 12 months?

The room stops taking new sessions. If you want to keep it, write to us and we extend it.

We need a quote or an invoice first.

Use Ask us first on the order page. We reply with a quote, or send an invoice that your purchasing team can pay.
